Cleaning / Hospitality

Work is always between 10:15am and 3:00pm, ideally you’ll finish sooner. Length of time will depend on the property you are cleaning (ie a 1 bedroom home will be quicker than a 4 bedroom home).

Cleans are on departure days, which can be any day of the week with a lot of them falling on a Sunday. We are happy to assign you more than one property on a day, if you have the capacity for it

We schedule cleans about 2 weeks in advance, but there can be last minute changes or additions.

Work involved includes:

  • Cleaning houses after guests depart
  • Laundering linens and towels
  • Making beds
  • Staging the house for the next guest
  • Alerting us of any maintenance issues

We will provide a Standard Property Appearance (SPA) guide that includes photos of finished work and our expectations.

Ideal cleaner will be:

  • Detail oriented
  • Dependable
  • Give and receive constructive feedback
  • Communicate well
  • 1099 contractor
  • Pay is per job and will vary per property
  • Must have driver’s license and your own vehicle that is licensed and insured

We are looking for individuals seeking a great side gig — we are not looking for professional cleaning companies at this time.
