Large enough for you and all of your show dogs, the Fox Haus is a 1 bedroom home centrally located to Purina Event Center, WashMo, wine country, and St. Louis.

Situated behind our Setter Haus and Hound Haus, the Fox Haus is ideal for a stay in the Show Me state.

The Fox Haus hosts business travelers, solo travelers, dog show competitors, and couples looking to enjoy the greater St. Louis area.

Only 8-10 minutes to the Purina Events Center, the Fox Haus is popular with guests competing at events held throughout the year, especially for those with large dogs.

LIVING AREA

The living area features a beautiful area rug, two couches and a flat screen TV with your favorite streaming apps. One couch is easily pulled out to a luxury king size bed by Luonto.

*Note that you will need to have your own Netflix, Hulu, Dish. etc. accounts to access those features as we do not share our accounts with you.

KITCHEN and DINING

Fully equipped with all major appliances as well as several small appliances that you can’t live without (i.e. Keurig, regular coffeemaker, teapot). The Fox Haus is equipped with white place settings, solid flatware, and glassware, as well as children’s settings for small families.

BEDROOM

With crisp white linens and a deliciously comfortable bed, your sleep is high priority at the Fox Haus. The bedroom also has a flat screen TV.

BATHROOM and LAUNDRY

With a full size washer and dryer, the bathroom is fully renovated and has bright daylight lighting. Has a shower/tub combo and plenty of space to move around.

We provide fluffy white towels, a hair dryer, and shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, as well as a bar of locally made goat milk soap for each stay. For laundry, we also provide a starter of laundry detergent and dryer sheets for your stay.

YARD and PORCH

The yard is extensive and mainly in the front with a little in the back. The front porch has two white rockers for you to enjoy the laid back country setting.

Please remember to pick up after your dogs do their business. We have a dog basket with poo bags so you will always have some nearby to help keep the yard clean for all guests.

The Fox Haus shares the gravel drive and acreage with our Setter Haus and Hound Haus. You will pass by the other two homes to get to the Fox Haus. Have friends with you? Book all three houses.

My husband, our dog Daisy and I really enjoyed staying at the Fox Haus. It was very clean and roomy with most everything we needed including some dog supplies, a nice touch. I especially appreciated the roomy bathroom with plenty of hooks for towels & toiletries and counter space. It was a good location for visiting local wineries and state parks. We hope to be able to stay at the Fox Haus again in the future.

You will need a vehicle to get around the area. Although rideshare from Uber is available, there are very few Uber drivers in the area.
